GW in it's core is a superb game, quite suiting my needs.
It's just that it needs a LOT of work these days.
And the problem is that back in the "good old times" GW did receive a lot of attention. And I was spoiled by that.
They set the bar so high - that their current efforts can't measure up.

It's not that other games out there are better then GW - it's the fact that the current GW isn't as good as it used to be.
When I am not playing GW - I am not playing anything else.

They can take all the time they need if they add 7 heros!

If yall haven't noticed, the past 2 updates had major bugs in them, last months update double the bounty in factions, last update changed EoC. Plus some NPC's have been randomly disappearing after some builds. I would not mind them being slightly delayed, meaning like friday or monday, as long as they do get the bugs fixed. If you want to see what release and patch latter philosophy gets you, go look at Hellgate: London.

I could have sworn Regina said these would be the longest game update notes ever - or is it just a small update content/changes-wise?

O well, better to have a good update without bugs than a crappy that has to be patched 5 times after

i'd rather they delay the update than release it all buggy n such.

ppl will be whining for more content in another week or so anyway. delay the gratification!

Wow, not a single QQ post wondering about their XTH points. I'm amazed.

Anyway, it'll come out when it comes out. It's a huge update so give them a little time to work on it.

Its an interesting marketing idea to keep people interested in the game. Keep dangling an update in front of us and see how long we'll chase it
